CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE CINFINITY COMPETITION

1. Organizer: The organizer of the competition is CINFINITY GmbH, Theaterplatz 1, 23909 Ratzeburg.
2. Eligibility to participate: Natural persons who are at least 18 years old and resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Promotion period: The competition starts on 08.05.2026 and ends on 22.05.2026.
4. Participation: Participation takes place by completing and submitting the survey. Only one participation per person is permitted.
5. Winning & how to find out: 3 annual passes worth 199 euros will be raffled off. The winners will be drawn by lot within 7 days of the end of the promotion period.
6. Notification & forfeiture: The winners will be informed by e-mail. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim will expire and a new draw will be held.
7. Data protection: The data protection regulations of CINFINITY GmbH apply. The e-mail address will be used exclusively for prize processing unless further consent has been given.
8. Exclusion of legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
9. Severability clause: Should individual provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
