CINFINITY turns cinema into a short vacation.
The minimum term of a CINFINITY-subscription is a manageable 4 months or 12 months and starts from €12.50 per month. You can take out your own subscription from the age of 18. If you are younger, your parents can do this for you and set up your age rating.

What is CINFINITY?
CINFINITY is a nationwide cinema subscription in Germany starting at €12.50 per month, allowing you to visit all participating cinemas as often as you like. In other words: go whenever you want, as many times as you want. All you need is a smartphone and the CINFINITY app.
How much does a subscription cost?
The CINFINITY subscription costs you from €12.50 per month, depending on the plan duration, regardless of how often you go to the cinema. When signing up, you can choose between a 12-month or 4-month plan.
Can I sign up for a subscription at the cinema?
No, this is only possible via the CINFINITY-app. Download the app to your smartphone, select your preferred plan, and register with your personal details and a profile photo.
Does my subscription work in every cinema?
Your CINFINITY subscription is valid only at participating cinemas. You can also find these in the app, which shows the distance to the nearest cinema based on your location — super handy when traveling.
How do I book my seat?
In the CINFINITY app, you can view all available seats for your chosen film and select your preferred seat directly.
After booking, you’ll receive your personal QR code for entry. However, this will only be displayed in your CINFINITY-app 30 minutes before the show starts.
Please note that you can only book up to three movie visits in advance. So make sure you have your QR code scanned at the entrance to the cinema or cancel your booking in good time, at least 2 hours before the start of the screening.
Important: We recommend booking your tickets in advance. Some cinemas’ presale rules may not allow for last-minute bookings.
Can I book tickets for multiple people?
Yes, absolutely! You can book additional paid seats for accompanying persons and pay for them online. If the person also has a CINFINITY-subscription, you can book for them too by linking your accounts in the app.
Important: We recommend booking tickets in advance. Some cinemas’ presale rules may not allow for last-minute bookings.

How do I use the app to access the cinema?
It’s easy! Show the CINFINITY-app on your personal smartphone with the QR code and your profile photo at the cinema entrance, and have your code scanned. Booking directly at the cinema box office is not possible.
Why is my favorite cinema not included?
Any cinema in Germany can join us for free at any time. Feel free to speak directly to the cinema staff. Participation in CINFINITY is free for cinemas and open to all.
Who is CINFINITY?
Our initiators are the cinema operators Ralf Thomsen and Martin Turowski from Schleswig-Holstein.
The CINFINITY team is made up of cinema enthusiasts with expertise in cinema operations, business consulting, market research, software development, and marketing.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
No, your subscription is non-transferable. The CINFINITY-app on your personal smartphone, with your profile photo, acts as your entry ticket, which you show at the cinema entrance after booking.
Can I connect with other subscribers?
Yes, you can connect with other subscribers in the CINFINITY-app and, along with your own seat booking, also reserve additional seats for them. Your accounts can be linked easily within the app.
What is the minimum subscription duration?
The minimum duration for a CINFINITY subscription is either 12 months or 4 months, depending on the chosen plan. After that, the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel it.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription after the minimum duration via the CINFINITY-app. The cancellation period is one month.
From what age can I take out a subscription?
You can sign up for your own subscription from the age of 18. If you’re younger, your parents can sign up on your behalf. You can then watch all films that are age-appropriate for you.
Will my account remain active after termination?
Yes! Your personal CINFINITY-account will stay active, and you’ll continue to receive movie recommendations in the app. You can start a new subscription at any time using your existing account.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes! A CINFINITY subscription makes a fantastic gift! Here you will find our voucher store.
You can send the voucher digitally, print it out yourself, or opt for a beautifully packaged version with postal delivery.
Even if the recipient already has a CINFINITY-subscription, they can easily redeem the voucher: simply add it to their existing account and enjoy the free months.
The same terms apply to gift vouchers as for regular subscriptions.
Why was my subscription blocked?
If you three times If you book a ticket three times and don’t show up, your ticket isn’t scanned, and you fail to cancel the booking, we will have to temporarily suspend your subscription. Please contact our support team to reactivate it.
Please note that you can only book up to three movie visits in advance. So make sure you have your QR code scanned at the entrance to the cinema or cancel your booking in good time, at least 30 minutes before the start of the screening.
