The CINFINITY monthly subscription can be canceled monthly and costs just €15.55 per month after paying a one-off starting amount of €9.99. Even cheaper is the CINFINITY annual subscription. It costs € 177.00 once. And the great thing is: we'll give you the initial amount for free. You can take out your own subscription from the age of 18. If you are younger, your parents can do this for you and set up your age rating.

The perfect gift is the CINFINITY PASS. It offers 3 months of movie enjoyment for €59.00 with a fixed duration. The pass is also available in a movie box as gift packaging by post, plus a surcharge. A pass can then be converted into a monthly subscription, in which case we will give you the initial amount for free.
For all those who already have a subscription, there are CINFINITY PLUS: a top-up that allows you to extend your subscription for 6 months (€88.00) at a reasonable price. This top-up postpones the next debit of your subscription by 6 months.

What is CINFINITY?
With the CINFINITY cinema subscription, you can enjoy unlimited movies on the big screen in all participating cinemas in many German cities. All you need is your smartphone and the CINFINITY-app. As soon as the subscription is completed and you have booked your ticket, an entry QR code in the CINFINITY-app on your personal smartphone for all movie visits to participating cinemas.
How much does a subscription cost?
The CINFINITY monthly subscription costs just €15.55 per month (plus a one-off start fee of €9.99). For just €177.00, you can get the CINFINITY annual subscription a whole 12 months of movie enjoyment.
Can I sign up for a subscription at the cinema?
No, this is only possible via the CINFINITY-app. Download the app to your smartphone, select your preferred plan, and register with your personal details and a profile photo.
Does my subscription work in every cinema?
Your CINFINITY subscription is valid only at participating cinemas. You can also find these in the app, which shows the distance to the nearest cinema based on your location — super handy when traveling.
How do I book my seat?
In the CINFINITY app, you can view all available seats for your chosen film and select your preferred seat directly.
After booking, you’ll receive your personal QR code for entry. However, this will only be displayed in your CINFINITY-app 30 minutes before the show starts.
Please note that you can only book up to three movie visits in advance. So make sure you have your QR code scanned at the entrance to the cinema or cancel your booking in good time, at least 2 hours before the start of the screening.
Important: We recommend booking your tickets in advance. Some cinemas’ presale rules may not allow for last-minute bookings.
Can I book tickets for multiple people?
Yes, absolutely! You can book additional paid seats for accompanying persons and pay for them online. If the person also has a CINFINITY-subscription, you can book for them too by linking your accounts in the app.
Important: We recommend booking tickets in advance. Some cinemas’ presale rules may not allow for last-minute bookings.
Are surcharges included in the subscription?
Standard surcharges for 3D, premium seats, extended running times, etc., may be set and added by individual cinemas. These surcharges are paid directly to the cinema when booking tickets.
How do I use the app to access the cinema?
It’s easy! Show the CINFINITY-app on your personal smartphone with the QR code and your profile photo at the cinema entrance, and have your code scanned. Booking directly at the cinema box office is not possible.
Why is my favorite cinema not included?
Any cinema in Germany can join us for free at any time. Feel free to speak directly to the cinema staff. Participation in CINFINITY is free for cinemas and open to all.
Who is CINFINITY?
Our initiators are the cinema operators Ralf Thomsen and Martin Turowski from Schleswig-Holstein.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
No, your subscription is non-transferable. The CINFINITY-app on your personal smartphone, with your profile photo, acts as your entry ticket, which you show at the cinema entrance after booking.
Can I connect with other subscribers?
Yes, you can connect with other subscribers in the CINFINITY-app and, along with your own seat booking, also reserve additional seats for them. Your accounts can be linked easily within the app.
What is the minimum subscription duration?
The CINFINTY monthly subscription can be canceled monthly. The CINFINITY annual subscription continues as a monthly subscription from the 13th month at €15.55 per month and can then be canceled monthly: up to and including the start date of your billing period, with effect from the end of this billing period.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription after the minimum duration via the CINFINITY-app. The cancellation period is one month.
From what age can I take out a subscription?
The subscription can also be used by minors with the consent of a parent or guardian. The CINFINITY app can be installed in the App Store from the age of 12 and in the Google Play Store from the age of 13 together with a parent or guardian.
After entering the underage person's user data, the parent or legal guardian agrees to both the Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions. The parent or legal guardian then selects a suitable CINFINITY subscription.
The contract is concluded between the parent or legal guardian and CINFINITY GmbH. Parents are responsible for how the app is used. The respective FSK regulations must be observed in the cinemas.
Will my account remain active after termination?
Yes, you will keep your personal account CINFINITY and can immediately take out a new subscription with your existing account at any time; the initial amount will then be due again.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Why was my subscription blocked?
If you three times If you book a ticket three times and don’t show up, your ticket isn’t scanned, and you fail to cancel the booking, we will have to temporarily suspend your subscription. Please contact our support team to reactivate it.
