Conditions of participation - CINFINITY Instagram competition (monthly draw)

1st organizer
The organizer of the competition is
CINFINITY GmbH,
represented by the managing directors Martin Turowski and Ralf Thomsen,
Theaterplatz 1, 23909 Ratzeburg.
(hereinafter referred to as "CINFINITY")

2. eligibility to participate
All natural persons resident in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
Employees of CINFINITY and the partner cinemas as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. competition period
The competition starts on 02.03.2026 and runs until 01.06.2026
A separate prize round takes place each month.

4. Participation in the competition
Participation is exclusively via Instagram.
To take part in the competition in a winning month, the following steps must be completed:

- Tag at least two friends under the current competition post of the month on the Instagram channel @cinfinity_kinoabo and mention a favorite CINFINITY cinema.

- Follow the Instagram profile @cinfinity_kinoabo.

- Post the article in your own story.

- Each person may participate once a month.

Multiple comments from the same person in the same month do not increase the chance of winning.
To take part again, the participant must comment under the new monthly post in the following month.

5. determination of the winners
Two winners will be drawn at random each month.
The draw takes place within 7 days of the end of the respective winning month.
The winners will be notified by direct message (DM) and in our feed on Instagram.

6. profit
Each person drawn will receive a CINFINITY 3-month pass.
The prize will be provided digitally (e.g. by e-mail or voucher code).
Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.

7. disclaimer / Instagram exemption
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
By participating, you release Instagram from all claims in connection with the competition.

8. data protection
CINFINITY processes participants' personal data (Instagram user name; contact and shipping data in the event of a win) exclusively for the purpose of running the competition and processing the prize.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The data will be deleted after the end of the respective prize round, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

9. other
Legal recourse with regard to the determination of winners is excluded.
CINFINITY reserves the right to adjust or prematurely terminate the competition for good cause if it cannot be guaranteed that the competition will run smoothly.
