Conditions of participation
Competition 24.02. - 28.02.2025
- Organizer:
The competition is organized by CINFINITY, [CINFINITY GmbH, Martin Turowski Ralf Thomsen, Theaterplatz 1, 23909 Ratzeburg, Germany]. - Eligibility to participate:
All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. - Conditions of participation:
Participation in the competition takes place exclusively via Instagram and involves the following steps:
- Step 1: Tag at least two friends in a comment under the competition feed post.
- Step 2: Follow our Instagram profile @cinfinity_kinoabo
- Step 2: For extra points and a higher chance of winning, you can answer the questions in our quiz in the CINFINITY Instagram stories. The more you interact with our posts, the higher your chances of winning.
- Participation period:
The competition starts on 24.02.2025 and ends on 28.02.2025 at 2pm. All comments received after the end date will not be considered. - Selection of the winner:
The person who has won will be selected from all participants who have fulfilled the conditions of participation. The person with the highest engagement (i.e. with the most story replies and active comments) wins. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram by 28.02.2025 at the latest. - Profit:
The prize is a four-month CINFINITY cinema subscription, which will be sent digitally. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. - Disclaimer of liability:
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. - Data protection:
The participant data will only be used to run the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. You can find further information on data protection in our https://cinfinity.de/datenschutz/. - Other:
Participation is only possible once per person. Legal recourse is excluded. If the winner does not reply to the message within 48 hours of notification, a new person will be drawn. - Publication of the conditions of participation:
These conditions of participation are available both on the CINFINITY website and as a link in the Instagram bio.
