Teilnahmebedingungen – CINFINITY Instagram-Gewinnspiel (Monatliche Ziehung)

1st organizer
The organizer of the competition is
CINFINITY GmbH,
vertreten durch die Geschäftsführer Martin Turowski und Ralf Thomsen,
Theaterplatz 1, 23909 Ratzeburg.
(hereinafter referred to as "CINFINITY")

2. eligibility to participate
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland, die zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind.
Employees of CINFINITY and the partner cinemas as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. competition period
Das Gewinnspiel startet am 02.03.2026 und läuft bis zum 01.06.2026
In jedem Monat findet eine separate Gewinnrunde statt.

4. Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel
Participation is exclusively via Instagram.
Um in einem Gewinnmonat am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen, müssen folgende Schritte erfüllt werden:

– Unter dem jeweils aktuellen Gewinnspiel-Post des Monats auf dem Instagram-Kanal @cinfinity_kinoabo mindestens zwei Freunde markieren und ein CINFINITY Lieblingskino erwähnen.

– Dem Instagram-Profil @cinfinity_kinoabo folgen.

– Den Beitrag in der eigenen Story posten.

– Jede Person darf pro Monat einmal teilnehmen.

Mehrere Kommentare derselben Person im gleichen Monat erhöhen nicht die Gewinnchance.
Um erneut teilzunehmen, muss der Teilnehmende im Folgemonat wieder unter dem neuen Monats-Post kommentieren.

5. determination of the winners
Pro Gewinnmonat werden 2 Gewinner:innen per Zufallsprinzip ausgelost.
Die Ziehung erfolgt jeweils innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Ende des jeweiligen Gewinnmonats.
Die Gewinner:innen werden per Direct Message (DM)und in unserem Feed auf Instagram benachrichtigt.

6. profit
Jede ausgeloste Person erhält einen CINFINITY 3-Monatspass.
The prize will be provided digitally (e.g. by e-mail or voucher code).
Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.

7. disclaimer / Instagram exemption
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
By participating, you release Instagram from all claims in connection with the competition.

8. data protection
CINFINITY processes participants' personal data (Instagram user name; contact and shipping data in the event of a win) exclusively for the purpose of running the competition and processing the prize.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The data will be deleted after the end of the respective prize round, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

9. other
Legal recourse with regard to the determination of winners is excluded.
CINFINITY reserves the right to adjust or prematurely terminate the competition for good cause if it cannot be guaranteed that the competition will run smoothly.
