By registering, you enter into a user agreement with CINFINITY GmbH, Theaterplatz 1, 23909 Ratzeburg, Germany, see our Imprint and our General Terms and Conditions.

The use of our app is free of charge, individual services such as the subscription or ticket sales are subject to a charge when used. We will regularly expand and further improve the app and reserve the right to change the offer without prior notice.

All contents of CINFINITY are intended exclusively for personal use and for information purposes. CINFINITY cannot guarantee that the content is complete, correct or up-to-date. We would like to point out that errors and changes to the information on show times or other information from the cinemas are also possible at short notice and can be made without special notice. We are not responsible for the content and services of our partners.

CINFINITY reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior or separate notice or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

Each user may only register once and only create one user name. Registration with the user name is only possible and permitted on one end device. Multiple registration under different user names on one device is also not possible or permitted. If you are not yet of legal age, you confirm that your legal guardian has consented to you registering for our app. By registering, you confirm that you are not currently registered with CINFINITY.

The user is also obliged to treat the password chosen by him/her for logging in as confidential, not to pass it on to third parties and, above all, not to allow third parties to use CINFINITY with his/her data. CINFINITY must be informed immediately if there is reason to suspect that a third party has knowledge of the access data and/or is misusing your account.

Users are also obliged to ensure that they do not violate any laws or third-party rights (trademark law, copyright or other industrial property rights) when creating their profile.

Electronic attacks of any kind, e.g. hacking attempts, brute force attacks and generally any action that is likely to impair or excessively burden the functionality of CINFINITY are prohibited.

The user is prohibited from distributing and publicly reproducing content from CINFINITY without the consent of the respective rights holder.

We reserve the right to exclude users from further use of CINFINITY who violate legal regulations, the rights of third parties, public decency and/or these Terms of Use. We also reserve the right to assert claims against individual users for damages culpably caused by them.

If a user has been blocked, further use of CINFINITY is prohibited. In addition, a blocked user is prohibited from registering with CINFINITY again.

The user can terminate the user contract at any time without giving reasons. All you need to do is delete your user profile. To permanently unsubscribe from CINFINITY and have all your data deleted, write an email with the subject "Cancellation and deletion of my data" to datenschutz@cinfinity.de .
